1. Parties

• Seller: ICE CALLIGRAPHY + DESIGN (hereinafter referred to as "Seller")

• Buyer: The person who purchases products or services through icecalligraphydesign.com (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer"

2. Subject of the Contract

This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of products or services with the qualifications specified in the contract, which the Buyer orders electronically through the Seller's website icecalligraphydesign.com

3. Product/Service Information

• The main characteristics of the Product/Service (type, group, quantity, model, color, number) are available on the website.

• The sales price of the Product/Service is specified on the website.

• The shipping fee belongs to the Buyer and is specified during the order.

4. General Provisions

• The Buyer declares that they have read and acknowledged the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, 1 payment method, and delivery of the product/service 2 subject to the contract on the website, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

• The Seller is obliged to deliver the product/service subject to the contract to the Buyer completely, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with the warranty documents, if any.

• The Buyer accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will confirm this contract electronically for the delivery of the product/service subject to the contract, and that in case the price of the product/service subject to the contract is not paid and/or canceled in bank records for any reason, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product/service subject to the contract will terminate.  

• If the Seller cannot deliver the product/service subject to the contract within the period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as weather conditions preventing transportation or transportation disruptions, the Seller is obliged to notify the Buyer. In this case, the Buyer may exercise one of the rights to cancel the order, replace the product/service subject to the contract with its equivalent, if any, and/or postpone the delivery period until the obstructive situation disappears. If the Buyer cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days.  

• Returns and exchanges cannot be made for personalized designs.

• Returns and exchanges cannot be made for digitally delivered products.

5. Right of Withdrawal

• The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to themselves or to the person/organization at the address they have indicated, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.  

• In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the Seller within this period.

• In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the Seller completely and undamaged together with its invoice.

• In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days.

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized designs.

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to digitally delivered products.

6. Confidentiality

• The Seller undertakes not to share the Buyer's personal information with third parties except for legal obligations.

7. Disputes

• Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts are authorized in disputes that may arise from the implementation of this contract.
